I would like to change the user name (email address) given

to the account

If you have access to the current email address you can change it yourself in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

If not,, you need to contact O2.

Or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
