Good morning, My o2 phone has been disconnected because my monthly bill is outstanding, Unfortunately I have recently suffered a severe mental breakdown and am now unemployed because of my condition, am now receiving psychiatric treatment from Dorothy Patterson hospital in Walsall. Obviously I need my phone to be able to contact my medical team, I would like to explain that the payment should be able 8th December when I receive my Armed Forces invaliding pension.

You need to speak to speak to payment management on 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to help with this you can contact them using skype from a laptop
