having watched recent news about our mobile phone numbers being released for anyone and everyone to use for possible cold calling and marketing purposes, i would like to get the first punch in, and go ex-directory. is this possible ?

Does this mean that o2 have released names and numbers to 118800 to do this and if so is this in the T&Cs that we agreed to?

'Our mobile phone directory is made up from various sources. Generally it comes from companies who collect mobile telephone numbers from customers in the course of doing business and have been given permission by the customers to share those numbers.'


it tells you how they obtain your details and how to opt out
