@AnonymousIf you don't pay your bill you will get cut off. It's as simple as that. Had you contacted O2 a couple of weeks before now and told them you had a problem they may have delayed your payment date

The only way to get your service resumed is to pay your bill and then contact customer services. You may be liable for a late payment fee.  https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Different payment methods here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-guides/How-can-I-pay-my-bill-or-Ways-to-pay-guidelines/ba-p/1014090

@AnonymousIf you did contact customer services and they agreed to a late payment then it will be on your records. Ring them again this morning (Use a landline or live chat ) and speak to them https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It's up to you @Anonymous Information on cancelling your contract here. You will have to pay what you owe.

Regardless of what you were told by customer service the systems are all automated.
Once the system sees non payment it will block the account.
I understand your frustration but you agreed to pay what you owe on time each month when you signed your contract and cancellation of services is clearly covered in the T&C’s.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You agreed to pay on time when you signed the agreement so the onus is on you not O2. As you have been told the system is auto generated only by speaking to customer service can it be overridden but they may not have action the request

O2 staff seem unable to or have no access to override the system. All they will do is put a note on your account. Simple to have a direct debit set up to take payment after your payday?
