I have been trying for nearly 12 hours to speak to an online chat agent but I keep getting cut off saying there is no one available.  I want to pay my outstanding bill but cannot do this until friday.  i cannot ring the payment management team as i have laryngitis and cant speak properly hence why I am trying the chat.  It is so frustrating that I cant get this resolved

Set up a direct debit so you don't need to worry about it anymore or get someone else to call for you.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Using chat to pay a bill is not advisable and pretty sure not even possible.

Customer service cannot take payments either.
