how do i get to speak to somebody? orered a new o2 sim on 9th February. it didnt arrive. used online chat to ask for a new sim oin the 16th. that hasnt arrived either. need to speak to someone. can anybody please help? Thanks

I paid o2 bill through o2app. This time bank sent me security confirmation request so i had to go to bank app to confirm. O2 app closed so had to repeat the process. I didn't get any confirmation this time but bank statement shows pending transaction...
