Bill Increase

So I got an email from O2 regarding bills changings, Nothing is changing? Except how we collect the bill. Yet the 1st bill after that email has increased 10% and my 40gb usage has decreased to 20gb?

Cannot make or receive calls

Please can anyone advise how I fix the call issue, IPhone 14 and cannot make or receive calls. Says call failed after about 10 seconds. I cannot hear the caller and they cannot hear me.whatsapp calls work fine?
