I’ve had an email stating that my current airtime plan bill will be going up in April from £13 to £14.14. My current monthly plan is £7. Can you explain please or is this a scam ? I’m puzzled .

Hi, I noticed I have been charged £4.50 a month for a text message number 66299. I have no knowledge of what this is and believe following some online research that this is fraudulent. Please could you confirm what these charges are for.Thanks, Paul
