Hello, When I used to top up £15 I got 100 MB data. I have done it this time and I haven't got any data. Every day I am being charged £1 for using internet. Why is this happening? Thanks

I'm on a pay monthly contract and I pay about £50 a month for it however there is the same phone and same contract for £34 a month does anyone know why I'd be paying so much more when I stick to my plan and don't go over ?
