I am really fed up with o2 "checking the line" I KNOW THERE IS NO FSULT ON THE LINE" the problem is that I am paying £60 a month for no coverage and had to purchase a house phone and a home phone bill .to receive and make calls from home.

Is it normal for 3G and 4g to be a lot slower when browsing the web compared to WiFi? Sometimes it struggles to load web pages. Is this to do with how many people are using it in an area at the same time?
