upgrade to s20 ultra

I have pre-ordered the s20 ultra and states expected arrival is up to 31st March for store collection. what will happen if O2 decides to close shops? how would I be able to set up a contract with the device as well as receiving it?

unable to phone 111 using o2 ??

I just tried to phone 111 using my o2 pay monthly phone and it doesn't even attempt to ring.im from Northern Ireland and the service should have been running 4 days ago for NI users, has o2 not enabled it yet here ?
