Trade in more than 1 device

HiI am looking to upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro max when there is stock on store. Can I trade in more than 1 device (my current iPhone plus my iPad) to get the the device cost down as much as possible?

Phone Monthly Purchase

I have reached out four times on the phone trying to get a phone to pay monthly, and I keep getting promised that I will be sent a contract or someone will reach out to me, which has not been done.

Tariff ending

My current tariff deal ends on 29th of this month. I want to keep the same one but can't see any option to do that. Do I need to do anything or will it renew automatically and how long will it renew for?
