Phone thinks I am outside the uk

When I visit websites it says that I can’t access as outside the uk. Constantly have to do checks on every search to check I am not a robot.

Leaving O2

I moved network on the 30th August and took my number. i don’t know if I need to have given formal notice as well as requested the PAC and transferred. Has my account been closed and my charges stopped or so I need to do something more? thanks
