Im starting to get annoyed. I suffer from extreme anxiety and am being forced to make a call to cancel my contract. This is disgusting and bordering discrimination. I have tried to find many work arounds and cannot.

Leaving O2

I moved network on the 30th August and took my number. i don’t know if I need to have given formal notice as well as requested the PAC and transferred. Has my account been closed and my charges stopped or so I need to do something more? thanks
