Resolved! Contract ending soon

My contact is ending January 2021. Will O2 automatically reduce my direct debit to sim only costs or do I need to renegotiate a new deal with them? Thanks in advance.

Resolved! Been Billed 12days early

Hi, can you pls let me know what’s going on as I can see a payment left my account yesterday and it states on bill not until 19/06/20. I don’t want to but if this isn’t sorted ASAP I will contact bank and stop all payments as this is t on!

Hello, I’m currently paying £30 a month (big bundle) for data and I would like to change to the £15 big bundle. If I do this and downgrade to the cheaper one, will all my data still roll over from the previous month if I have some left?

Recently got my phone on contract on the 3rd of this month and it says my next billing day is the 3rd of January but it said payment due on the 18th (today) and they’ve took the monthly amount 16days early?
