Additional payments from bank

Hi - I have an additional payment coming out of my bank account- it’s not shown on my bill and I haven’t used over my allowance. Please advise so I can cancel this extra payment

I am out of the country for five months and would like to pause my Pay Monthly account but I cannot find any information anywhere on how to do this!

Can't contact 202 due to poor reception and want to cancel contract

I want to cancel my contract and have already requested my PAC code. How do I give O2 my notice? I've tried the virtual assistant which is useless, and I can't find an email address. The signal on my phone is awful and so I can't call the 202 number....
