Contacting customer services

I wish to change my tariff and cancel insurance. It appears to be impossible to engage with anyone in Customer Services. I'm in Mauritius and the phone numbers "don't exist".

Resolved! End contract early

Has anyone left early and been charged extra how does it work ? Contact ends on 24 Th nov but need to give a months notice they are saying 53 early redem fee ? Any one know how this works ?
