Number porting issues

Having issues with porting my number over it’s been 5 days now and I still can’t receive calls or texts! No customer service available keep getting cut off! How do I cancel I’m within my 14 day cooling off period so annoyed right now!

Resolved! No signal since midday

I have had no signal since about 12 today. I have travelled from place to place and this has remained the same, so not a local issue. I am now connected via Wi-Fi. Please can you direct me to who I should contact please.

terrible signal all over County Down

Why has O2 's signal gone from bad to worse? The coverage in County Down is woeful. You cant make a call from the car as the signal just keeps dropping. Are you able to exit a contract due to this terrible service
