Have just received first bills since returning to O2 and notice that we are being charged for the number given on the sim and our original numbers that we wanted to keep. It is impossible to contact O2 to explain this.
One phone is being charged for 2 numbers and other phone is being charged £30 even though our cap is £15. What is this £30 charge for.
Each bill shows 2 phone numbers on each.
Understanding the present situation there must be an easier way to contact O2 as phoning can take up to One hour waiting.
