Due to familiy bereavement I've almost used my monthly data and completely used my minutes in only 8 days - if I change my tarriff would be take effect now, be backdated or not start until next month?

Im really sorry to hear of your loss.

Unfortunately No a tariff change takes effect on your next anniversary date.

You could buy bolt on's through your Myo2.

If your on a pay monthly contract you won't be charged for going over your data Allowance but will have throttled speeds.

Ask for your anniversary date to be changed, I'm sure they can do this for you.

Thanks I managed to get trhough on Chat and have been avle to change my tariff from midnight which is an acceptable solution - an additional cost of £3 but I suspect the tariff change would be useful over the coming months.
