adding wifi calling to my account

Phone No. xxxxxxxxxxxxx trying to add WiFi calling, when attempting to switch it on - i phone, I get message to contact O2

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2 to enable it if you're on a contract/
