Try paying through your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
and all contact methods are on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Some alternate methods of payment here if you have no operational mobile
Ring 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.
Automated payment line. Call  0844 8090202 from a landline

They restrict your outgoing calls if you've missed any payments.

Make sure you have a direct debit set up so it will go in automatically

Hi there,

Once you've paid your bill by calling one of the above numbers, why don't u reset your direct debit, this will stop this happening in future. Nobody can remember to pay all of the bills we accrue every month, a direct debit will stop this happening in future.

Good luck,

Charlie.
