Hi, I just bought a Zone 3 international roaming bolt-on, but none of my text to Bangladesh to UK is been delivered. Could you please assist?

The bolt on is for data.

Sending texts to UK costs 50p each.

If you have a zero spend cap these extra costs will be prevented.

Thanks for confirming that the bolt is not required to manage the text service. Could you please advise the refund process for the bolt-on that I have purchased? Thank you.
