WiFi calling disappeared from Samsung. It's enabled on the account but still no option appears to turn it on. Not under connections or the 3 dots under phone. Contacted Samsung & they confirmed no issues with current updates. Tried a different network SIM in the phone and WiFi calling reappeared! Switched back to O2 SIM and it's gone again. Anyone know how I can fix this issue? Ta 😊

@J_NE - is your Samsung model covered in o2's support pages for WiFi calling?

Hi thanks for answering! I've just checked out the firmware thing and it does have a different code but surprised this is an issue as I thought WiFi calling was pretty standard and also it was previously working on the device

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Given that ago too with not much help or success. Was hoping someone here was or had experienced something similar & could point me in the right direction 🙂

@J_NE

As it would appear to be connected to your account, it's only O2 that can check that.

Not sure why we have customer service at all if we have to keep calling in help for customers, but @O2Emma should be able to check for you.
