December 15th taken out my pay monthly. Via virgin volt deal. Virgin up and running smooth as hell. 02 still waiting for port migration from 02 PAYG TO 02 PAYM issues and continuous failed attempts having to call everyday. Speaking to Destiny from India yet right. None of them understand what is going on and love dropping the call. What is wrong with your customer service?
02 sorry but you are no competition to EE, Voda or even Lebara who have better service than you. If not resolved I’ll be cancelling within my cooling off period

Sounds like you would fare well reaching out to O2 Social Media Team, @SM5 - links at the bottom of this message.
None of us on the Community Forum are from O2, we are all customers, like yourself.

So now Destiny has had me on hold for 20 minutes with no interval updates. What the hell am I suppose to do because if I try to call back I’ll be in the same situation. Does she just want me to cut off and then tell her managers that she resolved it. 02 you seriously need to fix up. You are making it easy for me to leave and go back to EE

@SM5 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service.
Getting through on the phone will be difficult at this time of year.
You can try reaching O2 through social media, which may be easier:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
