I have three mobile contracts with O2 and would like to settle the device plans. O2 used to allow you to do this through the MYO2 website but you can only pay off a lesser amount.

It's a ridiculous system? Why would you not want the money. Trying to get through is hopeless!!!

Anyone have any shortcut (if there are any even) ideas.

It's because it's a seperate credit agreement.

You’d need to call O2’s customer service team. Give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
