Hi, I recently purchased this phone iPhone 13 pro max on February 2nd. When I was in store discussing costs I was told my monthly bill was around £55 as a 20% discount was added he told me the first month will be around £60 however it is still £60 and I have now been told it’s going to be £64 a month. I agreed to a contract of £55 a month. I cannot afford £64 for a phone I would have never agree.

It is the annual price increase that affects all customers who joined before the 25th March. And you read and signed the T&C which clearly spell this out.

If your discount hasnt been applied then If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
