Why does O2 make life so hard???? PAC Code impossible

I havew recently moved to O2, I have a Vodafone PAC Code, i cannot enter it anywhere online and the PAC switching form has had a 405 Error for 2 weks!

 

I will be moving back to Vodafone as it is impossible to actually get O2 to take my PAC Code

 

Have to either cancel to use PAC code today but as a UK Bank Holiday - O2 is closed, helpfully...

Just to reiterate the original question... why is it so hard to transfer a number to o2? Tried to call, now on chat and there's nobody available. Other providers I've been with provide you with a simple form to do this. Why do you make us jump through hoops for something so simple? I've only just joined o2 and I'm starting to wonder if I've made the right decision. Or...is there a form and I just can't find it?
