All 03 numbers come from call allowances or at charged at standard rate.

If you are pay monthly you should be able to call 03 numbers OK.

If you are PAYG you will need credit if you don't have any call allowances.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
