I've just jumped through hoops to change my password and username, am now logged in but still can't access my bill. It's there somewhere, i received an email telling me so. Anyone got any ideas?

There has been postings before on this topic including me. In my case I found the O2 person had spelt my name wrong so I was trying to get into an account that didnt exist

Its the account thats attached to my mobile number, and i just changed username and password through the proper channels, via the notification email o2 sent, informing me my bill was ready. I don't understand why it has to be such a hassle!
