Where is my phone??

I ordered my phone last night. It said I can go to collect. I go to collect my phone, I'd received an email telling me I can't pick up my phone. Why was I lied to and where is my phone. I'm thinking about cancelling if this matter is not resolved swiftly

Unfortunately this is not customer services @Ox1 so we don't know where your phone is.

o2 don't have a live stock system, and while the offer next day delivery unless it is in the o2 warehouse it won't be available next day.

Your best bet is to contact the sales team on 0800 081 0255 or messaging on social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
