Hi, I ordered a laptop with you on Thursday 2nd September. I had a notification to say it was out of stock. Please can you inform me when you will get new stock as I am taking a Uni course which I cannot do without this laptop and it’s a high inconvenience. Look forward to hearing from you.

You will need to speak to customer services, and they maybe able to advise when they expect more stock.

Also note that some laptops are on a week back order already from looking at the store.

You can call CS on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone. They reopen at 8am tomorrow.
