Hello,

 

I have an order over a week ago and it has still not been delivered. It was shipped on the 19th and on the 20th it said it was at the Westerham Depot. Since the 20th the parcel has not updated and does not have any tracking since the 20th.

 

We urgently need this new phone. Please can you let me know what is going on?

No one on this customer to customer community will have any clue where your phone is...  

Your best option is to call the Sales Team in the morning on 0800 081 0255
