...it is STILL not here.

I've now had to take a day off work to get this sorted, as I need the phone for my job.

I've since rung DHL and they say it was scanned onto the van yesterday but now THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS?!?!?! I'M PAYING ALMOST £1000 - for a MISSING phone!

02 - I hope you can understand my concern.

Already called them. And DHL. And UK Mail. I'm just searching the whole of 02 to see if I can find someone who knows how to find my phone.

I would say to keep on at o2 - you have a contract with them, and they with DHL/UK Mail.
If the deliverer has lost the parcel (which is what seems to have happened) then o2 need to re-send it and claim the lost one back.
What have customer services said about it?

@Bam_Bam

Until you receive the phone it remains the responsibility of O2.

They should be chasing up the phone not you. Keep onto them as @gmarkj says.

Best of luck, I hope it turns up soon wink

The responsibility for the phone arriving to you is firmly with O2. Insist with persistent calls to them. Don't ring the couriers, you need answers from O2!
