When will I get my phone back from being repaired?

My device was taken in to be replaced for the fifth time, on the 21st of october. It does not appear on the repair diagnostics page. I have had no communication since 25th october when the despatch was cancelled.

O2 repairers don't have the best rep so for all we know it could be lost!
CS is your best chance of chasing it up but there are problems contacting them at present so patience and time is needed unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Next time ask for a replacement as it's been more than 3 repairs im assuming for the same fault
