What's going on with o2 Phone Accessory's.

On Monday, I placed an order for 2 items to be added on my next month's bill. I did this over the phone and everything went fine. I was told to wait around 3 to 5 working days or next day. However I haven't received an order confirmination and it's now Wednesday. Nor has the order shown in my track orders page. So I tried doing the order again today. and the rep said everything went well. yet still haven't had any order number or confimination. I was told both items I wanted were in stock..... 


So what's going on???????????????

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
