I have just ordered a Pay Monthly phone on my Nationwide SmartAccount card but have just received my FlexAccount... how can i cancel the order and order one on my FlexAccount

You can call o2 and ask the order to be cancelled but this isn't the best idea.

Have nationwide not just changed your account type and sent you a new card? If so you don't need to do anything.

If you have a new sort code and account number you'll just need to update the details with o2.

they sent me a new card with different sort code and account number... how do i change my details can i do it online?

You'd click on payment details towards the bottom billing section.
