well, i rang up and reported it as lost. So they blocked the phone and the sim. But this has happened to me before and the contact list appeared on the phone that time. :S

I would be very surprised if O2 could do this for you.

Now you have a new one why not back up your contacts, just in case you lose it again?

Your contacts will be lost unless you backed them up on your PC or Bluebook. O2 cannot restore them for you.

They were probably stored to your phone last time. If they weren't stored to your phone this time then they wont be on there.

In th OPs other post, the phone and sim had been lost/stolen so doesn't have that option this time.

Hi Steve, like the new sig.

If you have a minute take a wander over to the Money forum.

Am I reading it wrong or is the poster confusing things?

Yes, you read it right and yes, he is slightly confused. He seems to think topping up for call time credit is the same process as loading a money card. Its not and you wouldn't fraudulently load your own money card as its obviously traceable back to yourself.

Confused, I had a look yesterday and it baffled me. Do you thing he is somehow replying to another post and answers are appearing on that one. No, that would be too logical, he is just as you say 'confused'. Very polite young man! Lol
