Hey I wonder if you can help. For info I have been a virgin customer for ages. I was looking though my emails to see that I signed up for 12 months 12gb £8 a month this was around the end of October. Very soon after without me having to activate anything my Virgin Broadband doubled in speed and I can see Volt has been added. I queried the other day about my mobile tariff not doubling to 24gb. Just received an email regarding that query and they say my volt benefits have been applied. So my question is should I be seeing 24gb rather than 12gb when I open the O2 app?
