I am trying to setup visual voicemail and the instructions tell me to add idata bolt on but it’s not coming up as an option on add ons

Hi

This is a different data bolt on that needs to be added to your account, by the sounds of it you have a standard data bolt on, which works with Android etc. Give 202 a ring and they will switch you over, you can also pop in to a store who can also do this for you.
