Have a problem with VV. I had recorded my own greeting and now want to change it back, problem is when I try to save the change I get an error. I have deduced from my findings that it's an issue with O2 as I've tried a Vodafone sim in my iPhone and it works fine. I have also tried 3 friends' iPhones who are also O2 customers and they get the same error.
Can this be fixed?

O2 is currently upgrading the voicemail system and some functions are not working currently.
We've been advised to give it a few days and try again.
