Using my phone abroad

I am trying to make calls from my phone (abroad) but it tells me that the number cannot be processed. I activated my Travel on days ago and even so it does not allow me to make calls, not even to my voice mailbox.

These are some tips to try :

  •   Reboot phone.
  •   Manually search for a different network
  •   If using an iPhone, change data apn to  mobile.o2.co.uk
  •   Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
  •   Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this

@daniellaflores Are you using the correct country codes? For instance, to call the UK from abroad you need to use the prefix +44 or 01144 instead of the first zero in the number.
