I need to pay my bill urgently. The option to pay online with card is no longer available which is very odd!!! and my outgoing calls are blocked. please can you sort it out asap? thanks

This is a customer forum with no official o2 presence so they can't resolve your problem through the forum. The online payment is letting me go through each stage of payment so try a different browser or try clearing the cookies and cache on the browser.

 

If that doesn't fix it maybe try the online chat option in the link directly below.

 

Either that or phone, no other choices my friend.

Call them from a landline or borrow an O2 phone from a friend. It would be free to call on 202 and cost your friend nothing.

no I pay a lot of money to O2 per month and I need to pay online now asap. Please can you sort it out. I dont have anyone I can ask to lend me a PHONE. thanks. why is the online card payment option not available?
