Can I pay with cash for my iphone 4 upgrade on Thursday? I am an existing customer, but want to pay for the handset with cash?

Thanks.

you guys can joke all you want but i went to a o2 store the other day and cash was not accepetd

i had to buy my new phone via debit card

i think the op question was rather sensible actually and allthough you take the mick he probably would get told they dont accept cash

have any of you tryed buying a new high end phone without a contract as id think you'd be quite suprised and would have to pay by direct debit and not cash

the new phone was 255 pounds and was a handset only deal ie no contract and not a pay and go phone perhaps this is why i had to buy it via direct debit

id think the new iphone would be the same and be direct debit only for security and registration purposes

Cash wasn't accepted on the day of the 3GS launch, far too much of a security risk.
