First of all you need to report it to O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

what about a number to ring from USA? What's the opening times also?

I'm thinking i may get my friend to go to the shop in UK and upgrade my account to a contract so i can get eSim, can this be done? Thanks for the help

@Clarke You can download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype to call +44800 032 1402 for free.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.

You need to report the phone as lost as per the link above.

A new sim will be sent to your registered UK address. For security reasons, no one will be able to go into an O2 store on your behalf to upgrade your account.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Your friend won't be able to do what you want. Moving your account to contract would require a credit check and the store would want photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
