Upgrading my PHONE

Okay, so basically this is the first time I'm about to upgrade. My contract was up a couple of weeks ago so I've been waiting for the new iPhone 5s to come out.

I'm currently paying £37 a month and what I want to know is, on Friday can I order my new phone and keep the same contact or will I have to bring out a new contract? If I do have to bring out a new contract, will it cost more than my one I have now?

Hi.

You can check in your myo2 to see what's currently available or ring Customer Services on 202 on the pre order date of the 20/9/13 for the iPhone 5s.

Stocks of the new iPhones will be very limited.

When you ring they will talk to you about your current tariff terms and what the others are such as refresh.

Think about if you want a 4G tariff.
This may not be in your area yet but it's being rolled out and you do get some better data allowances.

You can still use it for 2g and 3G. It's just a thought !

To answer your question.

1 When you upgrade you start a new contract on a new tarrif that is available now (5s on refresh only)

2 What it costs a month will depend on how much you pay up front for the handset
