Upgrading - comparison with Tesco mobile

I'm posting this here because here doesn't seem to be any other way to talk to a human being rather than useless Aura that "can't access my information at the minute".

 

I'm due an upgrade but there's a much better offer available on tesco mobile

(Samsung Galaxy s21 FE 256gb, with Galaxy buds2, £120 upfront, unlimited minutes, texts and data, 36 month contract for £36.66)

 

Are you able to match this? Ideally I'd like to have the upgrade by Saturday - I can get next day courier delivery from Tesco too.
