Upgrades

Hello! I am planning to upgrade my phone, but I will be moving to the channel islands, Can I discontinue my monthly airtime plan and just continue paying my device plan? Or can i just upgrade with just the device?

You need to pay the device off before you upgrade Guide: How does O2 Refresh work? 

If you choose a phone then you have to take the airtime which comes with it. Or buy the phone outright.

If you buy the phone outright (or keep the one you have), you could then choose a sim only plan to replace the airtime

Just to let you know, Sim Only plans can run over 30 days, 12 months or 24 months.
