I have just received my upgrade and it has come with a sim will my number remain the same

@Jed74 You can use your old sim, or if you're in a 5G area you can do a sim swap to the new sim to keep your number: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you're not comfortable doing the swap yourself you can call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do it for you.
