Upgraded my O2 SIM to new deal from 20g to 30g but account still showing as 20g

Just upgraded SIM only from 20g to 30g for my two children. Went into My O2 to check and its still showing 20g on one of them. Anyone seem this before, please?

If you upgraded changes take place within 24 hours

If you simply changed tariff then changes will be on the next anniversary/billing date
